Our Story
Founded by a former kindergarten teacher, Child's Pose Wellness was born in the classroom and spread through the community. We're on a mission to bring big light to little hearts through daily movement and mindfulness for home and school. Together with educators, parents and communities, we're cultivating healthy habits today to build strong leaders for tomorrow.
|
But we can't do this alone. As they say, "it takes a village." Social-emotional learning and mental health for children should be the cornerstone of every home and every classroom. Through online and offline kids yoga, movement and mindfulness practices, curriculum and content, we are committed to bringing the joy of movement and mindfulness to all children. Come join us!

Voices of Our Community
"My daughter was used to yoga once a week in school. With the current situation, we were looking for a way to bring structure to our lives that was also familiar to her. Attending Child's Pose daily classes has added just that. It is a part of our day that we both look forward to and a great way to wind down before nap time. Since starting, I have not only seen what my child already knows about the practice of yoga, but watched her learn new ways of controlling her body. With each new skill, her confidence has increased as she cannot wait to explain to anyone who will listen, how she does he newly mastered move. Being a toddler is hard, but incorporating breathing techniques we have learned in class has helped us navigate new options of working through hard feelings. I could not imagine going through this time without Child's Pose Wellness."
