“My daughter has developed a love of yoga through child’s pose yoga! Sarah does a fantastic job of engaging her and teaching her something new in each class. It’s also a fun and special activity for us to do together.”
Parent of a 4 year old
Yoga is fun! When I do mountain pose I feel strong. I like savasana. It makes me feel like I’m going to fall asleep, very peaceful.
